I can honestly say this is the nicest place we have stayed. Caroline has absolutely thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. On arrival there was a fantastic welcome pack, including homemade cake and biscuits, which were delicious. The kitchen was better equipped than mine at home! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Lovely outdoor space to use and a fab hot tub with an amazing view! The icing on the cake was the games room where we spent many happy hours. The location is stunning and quiet with easy access to the Cleveland way so lovely for walking. We all absolutely loved our stay. Thank you

What a fabulous weekend stay we’ve just had at Boulby House. We are 4 couples who have holidayed together for several years & this house was perfect. The house is spotlessly clean & well equipped. Caroline has thought of absolutely everything. The welcome pack on arrival was the best we’ve ever had with gorgeous home baked cake, biscuits, chocolates,crumpets,wine & much more. Breathtaking views and easy access to Staithes & surrounding areas. The hot tub was great to ease our aching legs after a long walk on the Cleveland Way & the games room an added bonus when the weather wasn’t so good. Caroline was the perfect host. We would love to return.

A great find for a moors stay, spotless house which is a perfect size, great views of the sea and allowed our two dogs. Great communication throughout the booking process and friendly throughout our stay, I would recommend 100% and will be back to stay in this lovely cottage

Wow, what a place this is!Everything about this place is brilliant, so glad this our first getaway destination. The welcome and all the touches have been great . Can’t wait to come back and do it all again.

Hosts, location and setting all excellent. Dogs made very welcome and lovely coastal walks from the cottage. Great welcome pack. Easy fifteen minute walk to Staithes and all its amenities, including friendly pub overlooking picturesque harbour.

Caroline’s place is a beautiful little oasis of calm and quiet. We were there during the mini Beast from the East and were snuggly warm with the log burner. Stunning sea views and great access for walkers.

I honesty could not rate our stay here any higher!! It was absolute perfect and Caroline was an Incredible host. The dogs were so welcome and we felt very relaxed as soon as we arrived. The hardest part was leaving.
